1. About Us

This website is operated by Splash Publication and Splash Marketing (collectively referred to as “Splash Education,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), both registered firms operating out of Mumbai, India. Our registered office is located at F21, Commerce Center, 78 Tardeo Road, Mumbai 400034, Maharashtra, India.

Splash Publication is our research and publishing division, producing study abroad guides, destination reports, university comparison handbooks, scholarship directories, and other education-related publications for Indian students and families. Splash Marketing handles student recruitment, university partnership services, event management, email campaigns, and marketing services in the education sector.

2. Services

Splash Education provides the following services:

Student Counselling Services: Personalised study abroad and study-in-India counselling, university shortlisting, application support, statement of purpose drafting, test preparation guidance, scholarship identification, visa documentation assistance, and pre-departure orientation.

University Partnership Services: Student recruitment and referral services, email marketing campaigns, on-ground and virtual event management (including masterclasses, webinars, education fairs, and campus visit coordination), and brand awareness activities for international educational institutions in the Indian market.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to engage with our services.

4. Engagement and Fees

Specific terms of engagement, service scope, timelines, and fees (where applicable) are outlined in individual service agreements or engagement letters provided to clients prior to commencement of services. These individual agreements shall be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

Splash Education reserves the right to modify its fee structure. Any changes will be communicated to affected clients in advance and will not apply to ongoing engagements without mutual agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Admission

While we provide expert guidance to maximise your chances of admission, Splash Education does not guarantee admission to any university, programme, or scholarship. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions.

Similarly, visa approvals are at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Our visa guidance is advisory in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information in all application materials. Any misrepresentation of academic records, test scores, work experience, or personal information may result in immediate termination of services and could have legal consequences.

Clients are responsible for meeting all application deadlines, attending scheduled consultations, and responding to communications from Splash Education and/or educational institutions in a timely manner.

7. University Partnership Terms

University partnerships are governed by separate partnership agreements between Splash Education and the respective institution. These agreements outline referral terms, commission structures (where applicable), reporting requirements, and service deliverables.

Splash Education operates as an independent education consultancy and is not an official representative or agent of any university unless explicitly stated in a valid partnership agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and compiled data — is the property of Splash Publication and Splash Marketing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Splash Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for decisions made by educational institutions, embassy or consulate offices, or any third-party organisation regarding admissions, scholarships, or visas.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information — including personal details, academic records, and application materials — as confidential. Client information is shared only with the relevant educational institutions as part of the application process, or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are specified in individual service agreements. In general, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Any refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to These Terms

Splash Education reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
